The 8 is an exclusive mixed-type project launched by the developer IFA Hotels & Resorts together with the New York construction company Morgans Hotel Group in The Palm Crescent subcommunity on the Palm Jumeirah Island. The complex combines the five-star Delano Dubai Hotel and premium residential residences.
The floor plan of each floor is carefully designed, including two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as branded townhouses and penthouses. Features range from private gardens, entertainment areas, and pools in townhouses to private elevators in duplex penthouses.
The 8 complex is built on the coast, offering resort amenities such as a branded beach restaurant, beach houses, a snack bar, a swimming pool for residents, a children's play area and a separate pool, a cafe, gym, tennis courts, barbecue area, parking for visitors, security and access control, landscaped gardens, and water bodies in the surrounding area.
Near The 8, there are several locations for recreation and entertainment, including The Palm Boardwalk, Aquaventure Waterpark, and beaches – one and a half kilometers from the complex, as well as the Emirates Golf Club and several cinemas.
The real estate project "The 8" was developed by IFA Hotels & Resorts through its subsidiary C Fourteen FZE, with a contract price of AED 330,000,000. Construction of the project began in 2015 and was completed by August, offering units with spacious layouts and upscale locations. The project includes beach access, sunset views, and freehold ownership. C Fourteen FZE is a construction-related company operating in Dubai and has also worked on other projects in Dubai, including a hotel project on Palm Jumeirah.
