Kensington Waters (KW) by Ellington Properties is a newly launched development offering studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments located in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai. The project features two 12-story towers with around 277 units, designed with a focus on sustainability and wellness.

The architecture of the twin towers includes higher ceilings, Porcelain flooring, finely furnished wardrobes, walk-in closets, and wide balconies for open city views. The development aims to provide a family-focused environment with various amenities.

Situated in a prime location within Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, the development offers easy access to major road networks and the metro, ensuring hassle-free connectivity to the rest of Dubai. The community is home to the world’s largest man-made lagoon and Meydan One Mall.
