Gardenia Bay

Gardenia Bay is a new residential community by Aldar Properties, located on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The development includes several residential buildings, with the first phase comprising the Iris, Ivy, Rose, and Orchid complexes, each standing 6 to 7 floors high. The project will feature a total of 210 residential units, including studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments, with areas ranging from 44 sq. m to 180 sq. m.

The residences will be available in two color schemes: dark and light. The interiors will feature laminate, granite tiles, and paint, complemented by balconies and panoramic windows offering views of the community or the canal. Some apartments will include staff rooms, laundry rooms, and dressing rooms.

Gardenia Bay aims to meet modern sustainable development standards in Abu Dhabi. The community buildings are designed to achieve a Pearl 3 rating in the Pearl Rating System, which is higher than the mandatory Pearl 1 rating for new projects in the emirate. Sustainable features will include the use of recycled materials, an energy monitoring system, and smart water meters.

The project is strategically located, providing residents with easy access to leisure and attractions on Yas Island, such as Yas Park, Yas Mall, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, and SeaWorld. The development is set for completion in Q2 2027 and aims to offer a peaceful living experience with a focus on sustainable design and waterfront living.
