DAMAC Hills 2 Hotel Edge by Rotana is a 3-star project developed by DAMAC Properties in partnership with leading hotel management company Rotana. The 15-story building, located in DAMAC Hills 2, offers 295 carefully designed rooms and suites: studios and one-bedroom residences. All property types come with a balcony and are equipped with the latest technologies.

The building houses various types of rooms including 120 King Rooms, 88 Twin Rooms, 24 Spacious King Rooms, and 63 one-bedroom King Suites. The average size of a residence in DAMAC Hills 2 Hotel Edge by Rotana ranges from 27 sq.m to 42 sq.m, including a private balcony with stunning views of leafy plantations. The rooms feature key amenities such as a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini fridge for drinks, a 55-inch LED TV, free tea/coffee making facilities and bottled water, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board (on request), IP phones, and a safe.
