South Ridge Towers is a completed residential project in the center of Dubai. Emaar Properties began construction in 2005, and since 2008, apartments with 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, penthouses, and villas have been ready for occupancy. The complex consists of six towers of different heights, ranging from 30 to 44 floors. The tallest buildings are Tower 1 and Tower 6, located on the edges of the architectural group. In the center of the composition are 30-storey towers. The residential complex is united by a podium with infrastructural objects. The design is distinguished by fully glazed sections of the walls pointing upwards, with a recognizable art deco element of blue-tinted glass on each of the towers.
South Ridge Towers is built in a residential neighborhood in Downtown Dubai. The buildings include facilities such as a gym, a games room for children, swimming pools, stores, a parking lot, a cafeteria, a badminton court, a golf simulator, and a pharmacy. The building is designed according to the concept of having all necessary facilities near the house. The complex has created the perfect conditions for sports and recreation in the park area. Apartments overlook the Burj Khalifa tower and the sights in the center of the capital. Downtown Dubai combines residential buildings, shopping malls, entertainment, and hotels and restaurants.
