Azizi Riviera is a new development by Azizi Developments, located in MBR City, Dubai. The project comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings and a mega integrated retail district. It offers breathtaking waterfront views and lush greenery, creating an ideal place for modern community living. The development is designed to combine the best of French Mediterranean design perspective and modern architecture.

The project is part of Azizi's flagship development in Meydan and consists of 71 buildings spread across four phases. Additionally, Azizi Developments has launched three new Riviera Beachfront residences, offering beachfront living in the heart of Dubai. The completion of the entire project is planned for Q2 and Q3 of 2024. Azizi Developments is also expanding operations in Sharjah and Ajman, adding new facilities for residents at the Riviera development.
