Azizi Riviera is a real estate development by Azizi Developments, located in Meydan, Dubai, as part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid City development. The project features French Mediterranean design and modern architecture across 71 buildings, spread across four phases and 13 regions. The fourth phase is 65% complete and set for completion by Q3 2024.

Riviera comprises 69 mid-rise residential buildings, a mega integrated retail district, breathtaking waterfront views, and lush greenery. The development offers a variety of residential units, including apartments and studios, with favorable prices and installment payment plans available. Azizi Developments has launched new high-end buildings within the Riviera project, such as Azizi Riviera 26, with completion at 64% and units across 26 floors.

The project aims to create an ideal place for modern community living, inviting residents to be part of a diverse and multicultural community. Family-friendly outdoor activities, leisure, dining, and retail options are integral parts of everyday life at Riviera. The development is creating a new paradigm for community living in Dubai.

Azizi Developments has collaborated with Febtech Glass Works LLC for Phase 2 of Riviera. Phase One of Riviera has been successfully sold with 95% of residences sold. Additionally, construction has begun on Azizi Riviera, an urban community in Dubai inspired by the future of the city. Recently handed-over projects include Riviera Phase 1 in MBR City, with Berton being one of the completed communities.

Azizi Developments has also unveiled Riviera Rêve in MBR City, showcasing their commitment to innovative developments in the region. Work on the Riviera project is progressing steadily, with Phase One nearing completion and Phase Two over 60% completed. Azizi Developments has extended its partnership with Starwood for the fourth phase of Riviera, demonstrating their continued growth and success in the real estate market.
