Princess Tower is a condo and apartment project located in Dubai Marina, Dubai, completed in December 2012. It has 763 units across 101 floors and was developed by Tameer Holding Investment, who is also behind Elite Residence. The project was a significant investment for Tameer Holding, costing Dh605 million, and was 98% sold upon completion.
The Princess Tower stands as one of the tallest completed residential skyscrapers in Dubai Marina and was the tallest residential tower in the world from 2012 to 2015. The tower, which opened in September 2012, is 414 meters tall and comprises 107 storeys. The project was first proposed in 2005 and built by the Arabian Construction Company.
The apartments feature spacious balconies and fully equipped kitchens. Residents can enjoy partial sea views, and some units are fully furnished. The living areas offer a large living room and well-equipped kitchen, with options ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom units.
