The architecture of Prime Residency 2 evokes a contemporary living environment with Spanish influences, set within a landscaped garden. The building includes a gymnasium and swimming pool, providing fitness options for residents. The retail areas feature a pharmacy, a salon for women, multiple supermarkets, and spa centers.

Prime Residency 2 is part of a set of two residential buildings in the Spain Cluster of International City, Dubai. Both towers have five floors and offer a total of 328 apartments and 20 retail units. The project is managed by Main Realty and exclusively marketed by Golden Bridge.
