Sheffield Real Estate, a Dubai development company with a strong presence in the market since 2002, has successfully completed projects worth over Dhs1 billion in the UAE. Their portfolio includes developments like Marina Suites, Diamond Mall, Supreme Residency, Universal Apartments, and Classic Apartments in Dubai. As a subsidiary of Sheffield Real Estate, Sheffield Holding is currently developing Marina 101, a luxury residential complex in Dubai Marina offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units.

In 2016, MiNC Properties unveiled a 16-story residential complex in one of Dubai’s prestigious neighborhoods. The architect of Marina Suites was ARC International Architects & Engineers, known for buildings like Palacio Tower and Liwa Tower. Now, the developer presents Marina Suites apartments with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for rent and purchase. Construction of the Marina Suites complex began in 2006 and was completed in 2017, with apartments available for rent from 2019.

The unit features an open-style fitted kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, built-in wardrobes, and marble flooring. It has an attached bathroom, a powder room, and a balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living area.

Sheffield Real Estate has partnered with Tamweel to provide exclusive finance solutions for corporate clients in the UAE. The Marina 101 project, set to be the world's tallest hotel apartment in Dubai Marina by 2013, will offer investors 28 days of free stay in the hotel apartments per year and a guaranteed return. The company's latest project, Royal Oceanic Tower in Dubai Marina, offers 232 residential units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, catering to a variety of preferences in the real estate market.

Sheffield Real Estate is also involved in the development of the Hard Rock Hotel on the first 33 floors of Dubai's Marina 101, in collaboration with Hard Rock International and Abu Dhabi Financial Group. Despite facing challenges with debts and project cancellations, Sheffield Real Estate continues to strive for excellence in the Dubai real estate market. Additionally, Sheffield Real Estate is now working on the Palace Residences Dubai project, showcasing their continued commitment to developments in the region.
