Lake Terrace

Lake Terrace is a new high-rise residential complex developed by Damac Properties, located on the shore of the lake in the prestigious Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) residential area in Dubai. The 40-storey building (187 m) includes luxury apartments of various layouts and sizes: studios, apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms (including penthouses). The apartments offer views of the Persian Gulf and the panorama of Dubai.

Lake Terrace is situated next to Sheikh Zayed Road and Park, opposite the Dubai Marina area, and close to all infrastructure. The district comprises 23 clusters uniting 79 high-rise residential and commercial buildings, most of which are giant skyscrapers. The lakes and towers gave the district its name.
