Safa Two is a new luxury residential project in the Al Safa area of Dubai, developed by DAMAC Properties. The project offers a choice of studio apartments, and 1 to 5 bedroom apartments. The layout of the 2 and 5 bedroom residences includes an additional room for a maid. The area of these units starts from 41 square meters. Safa Two is designed to offer stunning views all around, including views of the canal, Burj Al Arab, the World Islands, and the Palm Jumeirah.
Architecture:
Safa Two is a luxurious 85-story skyscraper with a futuristic design. It features large panoramic windows, streamlined forms, and smooth curves. The apartments in Safa Two also include spacious balconies. The building's design embodies a beautiful ruby necklace created by de GRISOGONO's founder. A huge ruby in the central part of the building's facade symbolizes the connection with the jewelry brand. The apartments have multifunctional furniture. For example, a bed can be folded to turn into a day office. The kitchen can be covered with mirrored glass to make it a party place.
Location:
Safa Two is located in the Al Safa area of Dubai. This area is close to popular areas like Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah. Safa Two is opposite Safa One and together, they form an elegant archway marking the passage between central Dubai and its newer areas.
Infrastructure:
Safa Two offers several amenities. There is a podium level artificial beach pool. This pool gives you the feeling of being on the sands of Navagio or La Concha. There are also two swimming pools on high floors and a gym. The project also offers a unique experience called the Safa Two Edge Walk. This walk gives you a dose of adrenaline as you walk on the edge of the abyss, looking down at the clouds. There is also a spiralling glass slide that offers a spectacular view of the heart of Dubai. Each floor of the building features spacious terraces with landscaped gardens. The "highlight" of the project will be exotic hanging gardens with climate control on the roof. Safa One and Safa Two will be connected by electric cabins with a stunning view of Shaikh Zayed Road.
